AIMS / OBJECTIVES

The objectives for which the Foundation is established will be all or any of the followings;

  A.   CHILD WELFARE

              The Foundation shall engage in child welfare by engaging children in different activities and providing them stipends and different scholarly programs.

B.    YOUTH WELFARE

           The Foundation shall engage in Welfare of Youth. As youth is the most important asset of any nation for them we would arrange various activities that gives them advantages in one way or the other such as

Campaigns regarding social and career development for their grooming.

1. WOMEN WELFARE.

The Foundation will engage in welfare of Women. We will arrange some skillful activities for the women of the society such as making arrangements for the skills of the stitching and knitting, arts and crafts etc for the females.

The Foundation shall engage in welfare, training and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities.

     1.CIVIC EDUCATION.

The Foundation shall engage in civic education, aimed at developing sense of civic responsibility.

1. DRUG ABUSE AND NARCOTICS.

The foundation shall engage in rehabilitation of persons suffering from Drug Abuse and Narcotics.

1. VOCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL TRAINING.

The foundation Shall provide Vocational and professional training to different segments of Society.

1. WELFARE AND REHABLITATION OF PATIENTS

The Foundation shall engage in welfare and rehabilitation of Patients, Old and Infirm people.

 I.SOCIAL SERVICES DELIVERY    

The foundation shall engage in welfare of person engaged in social services delivery.

 1.De-Radicalization and Counter Violent Extremism

The foundation shall engage in de-radicalization and countering of violent extremism.

 1.Poverty Alleviation

The foundation shall Endeavour to work on poverty alleviation.

2.Better Health Facilities

This area needs a great attention to save and help the people around. We will provide free medical camps to people including the ambulance services as well to save lives of people and to develop an attribute of helping one another.

3.Religious Education, Interfaith and Sectarian Harmony

To build a Religious Institute to promote Interfaith Harmony. To Promote Interfaith harmony by creating several occasions that can help to overcome any gap that is stopping people to flourish in the area. To organize a several conference or programs to promote harmony and peace in country.

NATURE OF FOUNDATION:

The Socio – Legal Foundation shall be an NGO, non – political, non – profitable, non – sectarian and recognizes no color, caste or creed;

To achieve the objectives stated above all possible endeavors shall be made within the existing situation and laws of the country.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

CONSIST OF GENERAL BODY AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

LEGAL STATUS AND LIMIED LIABILTY:

• The Foundation shall not distribute any of its profits or gains to any person and it shall use its funds solely for the objects for which it has been established and for investments subject to article (XIII) hereinafter.
• It shall have perpetual succession.
• The liabilities of the Foundation are limited to its assets.
